What is WealthPulse and what tools are included?
WealthPulse is an all-in-one personal finance dashboard. One subscription includes nine tools: a budget planner, transaction log (with CSV import), subscription tracker, debt payoff planner (avalanche or snowball), savings goals, investment tracker, net worth tracker with history, and three AI tools for analyzing and building portfolios, all in one place, on any device with a browser.
What can the AI tools actually do?
There are three: the Asset Analyzer gives you a data-driven breakdown of any ticker: price targets, technicals, fundamentals, and a plain-English buy/hold/sell view. The Portfolio Builder turns a goal ("dividend income," "tech growth") into a diversified allocation sized to your investable balance. The Portfolio Analyzer reads a screenshot of your brokerage account and returns specific, actionable improvements. They are research aids with live market data; you always make the final call.
Do I have to connect my bank account?
No, it is optional. You can connect banks securely through Plaid for automatic syncing, add transactions manually, or import a CSV from your bank. Every tool works either way; connecting just saves you the data entry.
Is connecting my bank safe?
Yes. Connections run through Plaid, the same provider used by thousands of major financial apps. You log in on Plaid's secure screen, so WealthPulse never sees or stores your bank username or password. We also require two-factor authentication on your account before a bank can be linked, and the connection tokens we do hold are encrypted at rest.
Can WealthPulse move my money or make trades?
No. Bank and brokerage connections are strictly read-only: WealthPulse can see balances and transactions to power your dashboard, but it cannot move money, place trades, or make changes in any of your accounts. Nobody at WealthPulse can either.
How secure is my data and account?
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest, and every account is isolated at the database level so no user can ever see another user's data. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Settings, and it is required before linking a bank. We run automated dependency and security monitoring on the platform.
Does WealthPulse sell my personal or financial data?
No. We never sell your data. The subscription is our business model, so we are not dependent on ads or data brokers. We only access what is needed to run your account, and your bank login credentials are never among it.
How much does WealthPulse cost, and how does the free trial work?
WealthPulse Pro is $9.99/month: one price, every feature, no tiers or upsells. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access: we collect a card up front, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before day 7 means you pay nothing.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my account if I do?
Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. It takes two clicks, no emails or phone calls. You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that you move to the free plan: your data is fully preserved, budgeting, debt, goals, and net worth tools keep working, and you get 5 AI credits per month. Resubscribe whenever you like and everything is exactly where you left it.
Is WealthPulse financial advice?
No. WealthPulse is for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The AI tools are research aids. Always do your own due diligence or consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
